Founded by Odochi Ariwodo, affectionately known as Odie, Philody Care Options was born from a deep belief that mental health deserves the same care and attention as physical health. After years in critical care nursing, Odie saw how emotional wellbeing and physical healing go hand in hand. That experience inspired her to create a space where patients feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for.
